James and Jana are lifelong Alaskans – James was born in Anchorage and grew up bouncing between Anchorage and Homer. Jana was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska and grew up chasing the Aurora Nights and watching it dance across the arctic sky. James & Jana love Alaska, and developed Aurora Nights Liquor to bring the very best spirits, brews, and wines to Alaska and to highlight and show off the incredible talent of our homegrown Alaskan producers.
Aurora Nights Liquor products are for enjoying, socializing, and creating community bonds and memories. You will not find shooters or mass produced products in our store with low quality ingredients. This is not that type of shop. What you will find is high-quality small batch produced liquors, craft cocktail mixers and accoutrements, specialty brews from independently owned breweries, spritzers made with real fruit, rare wines and varietals from family owned vineyards.
